1. Our Services

Ruby Choco Bliss (“we”, “us”) offers handcrafted, custom chocolates and gift products. We operate from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. Orders are taken via our website enquiry form, WhatsApp, email, or Instagram. Each order is made to order based on your requirements.

2. Orders & Customisation

When you place an order or send an enquiry, you provide details such as names, messages, occasion, and delivery preferences. We use this information only to fulfil your order. Custom designs (e.g. names, messages on chocolates) are subject to our ability to produce them and may require a minimum lead time (typically 2–3 days). We will confirm availability and pricing before accepting payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are communicated at the time of order confirmation. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) where offered. Payment terms (full advance, partial, or COD) will be agreed before we start preparing your order. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By ordering, you accept those terms.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, areas, and timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery (or handover to the courier for shipped orders). We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier once the order is dispatched.

6. Your Conduct

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details and to use our services only for lawful purposes. You will not use our website or communications to harass, defame, or send false or misleading information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Ruby Choco Bliss and is for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or use our branding or product images for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
