Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ruby Choco Bliss we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are handmade and often customised, we have the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation by You
- Before we start making your order: If you cancel after paying but before we have started production, we will refund the full amount paid (minus any non-refundable payment gateway charges, if applicable). Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the same mode of payment.
- After we have started making your order: Once we have started preparing your custom chocolates, we cannot cancel the order. No refund will be given for cancellation at this stage, as the product is made specifically for you.
2. Refunds for Quality or Delivery Issues
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We may offer:
- A full or partial refund, or
- Replacement or re-making of the order (where possible), or
- Store credit for a future order.
We will not offer a refund if the issue is due to your handling after delivery (e.g. melting due to improper storage) or if you simply change your mind after receiving the order.
3. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If the order is lost or severely delayed by the courier, we will work with the courier to trace it. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram (see our Order / Contact page). Include your order details and, for quality issues, photos. We will respond and process eligible refunds within 5–7 working days to your original payment method where possible.
5. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after receiving the order.
- Customisation that you approved (e.g. spelling, design) and was made as agreed.
- Orders cancelled after we have started production.
