Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ruby Choco Bliss is based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. We deliver locally and ship across India. Below are our general delivery terms.

1. Processing Time

Orders are made to order. Typically we need 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment to prepare your order. For large or highly customised orders we may need more time; we will inform you at the time of booking.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We will share tracking details when available.

4. Packaging

We pack chocolates carefully so they reach you in good condition. For shipping we use insulated packaging where needed. Please store in a cool, dry place after receipt.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on weight, destination, and courier rates. We will quote the exact amount before you pay. Local delivery in Meerut may have a different (often lower) charge.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for certain areas and order values. We will confirm at the time of order. For COD, full payment is collected at the time of delivery.

7. Wrong Address or Unreachable

Please provide the correct delivery address and a contact number where you can be reached. If the courier cannot deliver due to wrong address, recipient unavailable, or refusal, the order may be returned. In such cases we may deduct shipping and handling costs before refunding; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours with photos. We will work with you on a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
