How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling the enquiry form on our website, messaging us on WhatsApp, or contacting us via Instagram or email. Share your occasion, custom names/message, and delivery details. We will confirm availability, design, and price before you pay.
Do you deliver outside Meerut?
Yes. We deliver within Meerut and can ship to other cities in India. Delivery charges and timelines depend on the location. We will confirm this when you place your order.
How long does it take to prepare a custom order?
Typically 2–3 days from confirmation and payment. For complex or bulk orders we may need more time. We will give you an estimated date at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. Payment terms (full advance or COD) will be confirmed with your order.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: cancellations before we start making your order may get a full refund; after production starts, we may offer partial refund or credit depending on the situation.
Are the chocolates suitable for people with allergies?
Our products contain dairy and may contain nuts or other allergens. We use shared equipment. If you have allergies, please tell us before ordering so we can advise. We cannot guarantee allergen-free production.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Yes. We do corporate gifting and bulk orders. Contact us with your requirement (quantity, occasion, branding if any) and we will share options and pricing.

Can I get a chocolate with a photo or custom design?
We offer custom text, names, and messages on our chocolates. For printed photos or very specific designs, please ask us and we will let you know what is possible and the lead time.
